The Mum’s / Women’s class will give you a comfortable environment to take part in a full body circuit. This will help assist your strength & fitness, ease mental load & aid in fat loss with calming mobility and recovery.

Blaze class offers a dynamic fusion of high-intensity workouts and state-of-the-art technology. Led by certified instructors, this session combines cardio, strength training, and agility drills set to an energetic soundtrack. Ignite your fitness journey with a class designed to push limits, leaving you empowered and energised to conquer your goals.
